Anthony Behar specializes in the marketing of commercial and industrial real estate throughout the Downtown and adjacent Los Angeles areas, utilizing his ever-growing client base and professional experience to locate quality tenants and buyers for his exclusive listings.

He recently sold a 100,000 sq.ft. cold storage facility with 175,000 sq.ft. of land located in Downtown Los Angeles for $9.3M; a 8,100 sq.ft. industrial building on East Olympic Bl. for $1.3M; and a 4,800 sq.ft. warehouse building on East 15th St. for $726,000. He also successfully leased a Downtown 53,000 sq.ft. industrial space and has a multi-use commercial property on Western Ave. in escrow.

Mr. Behar knows what it takes to successfully market property, working in tandem with Major Properties' unique in-house marketing department. His tools include phone, fax, web, email and direct mail networking, as well as door-to-door canvassing.

Mr. Behar formerly worked as a media sales executive for traditional and new media companies, including ABC Internet Group, CBS Television Station Sales and Katz Media Group.
