Arnold Luster (with Fred Mills) founded Major Properties in Downtown Los Angeles in 1964, and currently serves as C.E.O. A Los Angeles native, he has over forty years experience as an Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Broker. Over the years has sold or leased thousands of greater Los Angeles properties to small, medium and large companies, individuals and investors.

Mr. Luster is a recognized expert in his field, who creatively structures each deal so that everyone comes out a winner. He has built a long-standing successful organization by teaching sales agents how to "think smart" and to treat each negotiation as a unique situation that can become a "done deal" by using their will and imagination.

Mr. Luster built his business from the ground up by being likeable and honest, and by making money for his clients. In addition to providing brokerage and mortgage services, he has advised firms about plant layout, financing, city code requirements, etc. Mr. Luster has also taught many investors how to understand, develop and maximize their finances and investments.

Before starting Major Properties, Mr. Luster worked for 10 years as an Industrial Real Estate Agent for a small Downtown L.A. firm. Mr. Luster received his B.S. in Marketing from U.S.C. in 1953. He received his A.A. Degree from L.A. City College before that.

Mr. Luster is a "joiner". He has been involved in numerous local charities, social clubs, business organizations and associations, fraternities and governmental committies through the years.

His interests include dancing, working out at the gym, watching football (wishing he could be playing!) and helping others to succeed in business.
