Denise Gertmenian joined Major Properties as a real estate agent in February 2021, and specializes in commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties in Los Angeles, Vernon, and the DTLA Art’s District.
Denise brings 20+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing, business development, and sales to the real estate market. She is excited to work with her clients as they scale their brands toward a Direct to Consumer (D2C) business model, and the demand for warehouse and distribution space increases.
During her first year at Major Properties, Denise sold a multi-family apartment building and closed three leases in DTLA and Venice. She recently listed a warehouse that was converted into a recording studio in Culver City.
Denise is a native of Pasadena and graduated from Wake Forest University. She credits her work ethic, tenacity, and make-it-happen approach to the 10 years that she spent living and working in New York City. Denise volunteers with the Junior League of Los Angeles, a non- profit organization that is dedicated to the well being of women and children, where she recently served as Development Vice President.
