Cole joined Major Properties in December 2023 and focuses on the sale and lease of industrial, retail, and land properties in Southern California.
Cole works relentlessly to provide the best-in-class brokerage and advisory services to his clients by prioritizing honesty, trust, and integrity above all else. Cole’s deep understanding of commercial property acquisitions and dispositions is a product of multiple years experience working for a nationally recognized brokerage firm, a multi-state owner/operator, and a boutique brokerage company in the San Fernando Valley. Operators and investors alike depend on him for guidance when making critical business decisions, such as corporate expansions and relocations, acquisition determinations, sales and leasing services, vendor referrals, and much more.
Cole received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Chapman University. He’s involved in multiple charity and nonprofit organizations, such as the Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home, North Hollywood Police Booster Organization (PALS), Surfrider Beach Cleanup, the Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce, and more. In his free time, he enjoys water skiing, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and motorsports.
