Samuel Luster joined Major Properties in the summer of 2016, and he  specializes in both the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial properties throughout Los Angeles County, especially Downtown Los Angeles, Lincoln Heights, Montecito Heights, South Pasadena and Pasadena regions.

Before joining the Major Properties team, Sam graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a major in Political Science. While in college he interned for the U.S. House of Representatives and for The Equity Group that manages a portfolio of over 8,000,000 sq.ft. of commercial property.

At Major Properties, Sam is committed to applying the same make-it-happen approach to creating and maximizing opportunities on behalf of his clients. Whether representing property owners, tenants, investors or developers, Sam is determined to get the job done.
