Los Angeles is truly multicultural, and the ability to communicate clearly is paramount in a city where people of all nationalities negotiate to sell, purchase and lease some of the choicest real estate in the world. Accordingly, our multi-lingual staff speaks English, Spanish, Korean, French, Farsi and Hebrew.
Leadership
Major Properties’ leadership team consists of partners Jeff Luster (CEO), Brad Luster (President), and Anthony Behar (Executive Vice President). Jeff has been with the company for 44 years, Brad for 40 years, and Anthony for 24 years. Their leadership has guided Major Properties through three major recessions and the Covid crisis. Through the years and varying market conditions, the company has consistently operated at a high level, often out performing larger firms. In addition to brokering their own transactions, Jeff oversees the general running of the firm, while Brad and Anthony handle the daily management of agents and contracts.

History
Major Properties was founded in 1964 by Arnold Luster and Fred Mills. In the family tradition, sons Jeff Luster and Brad Luster became owners of the business in 1992. Anthony Behar became a partner in 2017.
As a leader in the Downtown Los Angeles real estate market for 62 years, Major Properties has brokered billions in transactions and has served thousands of property sellers, buyers, lessors and lessees.
