A 10-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Charlie Rosenberg is a seasoned broker with deep expertise in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and management of commercial properties. His focus spans retail, medical/office, multifamily, healthcare, and industrial assets throughout California.
Charlie maintains strong, long-standing relationships with many major national and regional tenants and retailers. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the global trade association of the retail real estate industry.
Throughout his career, Charlie has successfully closed major transactions, representing owners, investors, and prominent tenants in a wide range of asset classes. In addition to his brokerage practice, Charlie actively manages his own portfolio of commercial real estate, which includes medical/office, multifamily, and healthcare properties—many of which he has acquired, repositioned, and sold over the past decade.
With his sharp real estate acumen and solutions-oriented mindset, Charlie is known for delivering results in complex deal environments. His tenacity and creativity often turn “no” into “yes,” allowing him to close difficult lease and sale transactions for corporations, high net worth individuals, non-profits, retailers, and investment groups. Clients value his hands-on involvement, rigorous underwriting, strategic marketing, operational precision, and in-depth understanding of local market dynamics.
Charlie’s extensive experience also includes knowledge of all aspects of property ownership and management: including tenant improvements/construction, insurance and, in particular, insurance coverage and claims.
Charlie began his real estate career at the age of 16 with an internship at a major brokerage. At 18, he was managing the Beverly Hills Medical Tower in West Los Angeles. Through strategic leasing and management, he transformed the property into a Class A asset. At 19, he purchased his first property, achieving an 80% ROI within two years. Since then, he has continued to build and manage a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate throughout California and Arizona.
Charlie resides on the Westside with his two children, Carolina and Stanley. He is actively involved in multiple charitable causes. He serves as a Trustee of Michael Diller High School, a board member of the Impact Forum Foundation, a Trustee of Valley Torah High School, and a proud member of The Guardians of the Jewish Home for the Aging.
