Jesse specializes in the marketing, sales and acquisitions of industrial, commercial and multi-unit apartment properties throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Jesse attended the University of California Los Angeles, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. While attending university, he was actively involved in organizations on campus where he utilized and expanded his network. 

Jesse joined the Major Properties team while attending school and has since been brought on full time after demonstrating his knowledge of the rapidly growing Downtown Los Angeles market. His extensive skills include: working with owners by identifying, analyzing and then catering to his client’s specific needs.

His marketing techniques include targeting, researching, and contacting prospective clients while utilizing real estate specific programs and canvassing the Downtown Los Angeles area.

Jesse is very active and is very committed in maintaining clients by demonstrating his hard work ethic while utilizing his strong negotiating skills.
