Ryan Kirschner is a Los Angeles based commercial and industrial real estate specialist representing property owners, investors, and tenants across Southern California. With experience at CenterCal Properties, Compass, and Major Properties, he brings a well-rounded understanding of brokerage, development, and marketing. By leveraging strong local market knowledge, thorough research, and relationship-driven outreach, Ryan provides clients with the insight and guidance to make informed real estate decisions.
A Los Angeles native, Ryan graduated from the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business with a double major in Real Estate & Business Administration. His early exposure to both the development and brokerage sides of the industry has fueled his passion for identifying opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Los Angeles’ commercial and industrial landscape.
Outside of real estate, Ryan is deeply committed to philanthropy and carrying forward his family’s legacy of supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. With strong family ties to the organization, he continues that mission through two fundraisers he created, St. Paul Gives to St. Jude Kids and Notre Dame Teams Up for St. Jude, which together have raised over $200,000 for children battling cancer. He also served as a National Spokesperson and Keynote Speaker for the St. Jude Leadership Society.
Ryan is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and is dedicated to providing value-driven service through integrity, diligence, and collaboration.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys golfing, skiing in the winter, surfing in the summer, playing basketball, and spending time with family.
