Jesse specializes in the marketing, sales and acquisitions of industrial and commercial properties throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Jesse has been with the Major Properties for over ten years and has been awarded Salesman of the Year on two occasions, making him the youngest to win this award in the company’s 58 year history. 

Jesse graduated with Honors from the University of California Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and he also completed real estate courses at the Anderson School of Business.

He has also acquired a small portfolio of industrial properties which he has re-positioned, stabilized, and now manages. This process gives him a unique insight and ability to relate with his clients, identify opportunities, and help advise them. His extensive skills include: working with owners by identifying, analyzing, and then catering to his client’s specific needs.

His marketing techniques include targeting, researching, and contacting prospective clients, while also utilizing real estate specific programs and canvassing the Downtown Los Angeles area.

Jesse is very active and committed to building long lasting partnerships with his clients by demonstrating his hard work ethic and utilizing his strong negotiating skills.

In his free time, Jesse enjoys hiking with his dog Prince, spending time with family, traveling overseas, and giving back to the community. Jesse is President of the Guardians (The Young Men’s Division 2019–Present), a non-profit organization that supports and raises money for the Los Angeles Jewish Health Organization.
